About the Author

Hello, my name is Brenton Clamor.

I wrote this book because I understand what it’s like to enter high school with uncertainty and constantly doubt your hard work over four years, questioning whether or not it will all be worth it.

As the first generation in my family to attend college, I was confused whether or not my high school choices would help me achieve my goals. So, I tried to do it all. I juggled academics, honors societies, and varsity athletics while taking college courses, flying airplanes, working part time at a sandwich shop, and volunteering at libraries and a petting zoo.

Yes, with hard work and sleepless nights, I graduated as high school valedictorian with a two-year college degree. I went to a 4-year university, eventually graduating from an Ivy League school. But I was mentally and emotionally exhausted every step of the way.

Could there have been a better, more efficient, way? I believe so, and I want to share it with you.

With years of experience as a leader and mentor, I am on a mission to pay my experience forward to the next generation. I hope this book and its accompanying social media environment will help high school students healthily develop and manage their plans to accomplish their goals beyond high school.

Wishing you all the best,

Brenton
